职位描述
Responsiblities:
Responsible for car speaker or amplifier Mechanical design and analysis, development, prototyping, verification, validation and improvement. Work closely with other team members, includes PM, HW, Manufacturing, Suppliers, Quality Assurance departments to drive successful project delivery to meeting timing, cost and quality, prepare technical reports and presentation.
1. Develop product concepts and design car amplifier product. Create 3D models, assembly drawings and component drawings of product design.
2. Conduct simulation, stack-up analysis, build prototype, conduct design verification and do DFMEA and lessons learn process. Develops plans to validate the robustness of product designs.
3. Develop solutions under consideration of functional, performance, production and economic standpoints within the scope of specified concepts.
4. Technical support for global RFI/Q, platform and customer projects.
5. Follow PLM design cycle for gate review, change management
Requirements:
1. Successful product design and deliver in a global team environment in automotive electronics industry
2. Proper drafting, dimensioning and tolerancing techniques, including GD&T.
3. Familiar with design tool ProE or CATIA
4. DFMEA or DRBFM process or TS16949/APQP process
5. Good in Verbal and written communication skills
