岗位名称Position Title：Product Application Engineer

职位概要Job Summary：
主要职责Main Responsibilities：
？ Manage the product engineering with our customer .
？ Be responsible to manage CAD related to the programs.
？ Should be able to interpret simulation & test results and make recommendations for design optimisation.
？ Will be in charge to define ADV , DFMEA,Stack up,
？ Manage the design schedule and priorize the activities.
？ Product design & development – New product development: Complete process understanding. Starting concept design to Start of Production (SOP).
辅助职责Secondary Responsibilities：
任职资格Qualifications：
？ Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering.
？ Around 5-7 years of rich experience in Product engineering in international company
？ Knowledge of engineering plastics and component design – molding process.
？ With an adequate experience in automotive domain preferably powertrain/Air induction/Engine cooling using CATIA V5 software.
？ Very good in mechanical design,simulation, testing.
？ Able to deal with the supplier
？ Strong design mindset
？ Experienced in plastic molding improvement.
？ Knows and can use at least CAD software CATIA v5 (at least 2 years experience).
？ Strong in advanced GD&T / Tolerance stack up calculations & applications in drawings.
？ CAE/CFD understanding and result interpretation for design optimization.
？ Knowledge/exposure of TS 16949 - APQP, DFMEA, PPAP etcs
？ Very good level of Tooling/Molding knowledge in order to design a tooling feasible plastic component.
？ Strong communication skills as well a good team player; Technically / conceptually sound in his domain.
？ Use to work with Microsoft and ERP software
？ Speak fluently English
