职位描述
Responsibilities:
Process development for car audio amplifier products. Work closely with other team members, includes program mangers, hardware, software, mechanical, manufacturing, quality assurance to identify best practice, improve work effectiveness and efficiency and for continuous improvement
1. Communication with global process development team
2. Develop software process using SPICE reference model and support implementation
3. Perform the process audit according to the defined process and track and report the non-compliance issues
4. Drive quality improvement programs like Asil
5. Support and mentor the project teams to implement the process
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor major in electronics, IT, embedded programming, software engineering or related
2. 3 years Minimum Experience
Required experience
1. Successful product design and deliver in a global team environment in automotive electronics industrial and special in embedded software development
2. Software requirement or software development or software testing experience and familiar with SPICE or CMMI
3. Strong analytical skills and presentation skills
4. Good in Verbal and written communication skills
Nice to have
1. Familiar with ISO/TS 16949
2. Experience in Advanced Product Quality Planning or software quality assurance
3. Audiophile and passion for life
