Report to: Senior Production Manager

Job Summary and Area of Responsibility职位概述以及职责范围:
1.Responsible for the machining department performance; organization and management control of machining department within the company
2. Use specialized technical knowledge to identify, analyze, evaluate and resolve various interrelated problems from the resources.
3.To identify and building up potentials
Major Duties and Performance Standards to be achieved主要职责及绩效标准:
1.Organizing the machining department to ensure that the objectives are met through proper supervision and control, delegation of duties and flow of information
2.To track and arrange the work order production according to planning schedule prepared by relevant production planner.
3.To improve machine OEE performance and organize “Pre-Set up” and “Post-Set up” process to optimize machining capacity in relation to production plan and inventory control requirements.
4.Constant searching for new methods to improve the manufacturing techniques, creative ideas for process simplification, methods to improve the products as well as service quality
5.To make sure that the line output fulfill our productivity and quality requirements.
6.Improve and maintain line cleanliness and to ensure all works are carried out according to EHS policy and other discipline.
7.To control the production consumable material consumption within company budget.
8.Prepare and maintain the relevant SOP in a sound and effective way.
9.To cooperate with maintenance guys to perform TPM work in workshop.
10.Other flexible task assigned by superior.
Experience/Knowledge Required经验及知识要求:
1.Bachelor degree in mechanical related area or equivalent.
2.Minimum 5 years production management working experience in mechanical field
3. Have good experience with machining process
4.Analytic thinker
5. Good Command in oral/written English
6.Instruments Manufacturing Techniques background
7. Good leadership, Organizational & Planning Skills
8.Ability to promote Team Working
9.Good management Skills
10.Ability to work under pressure / adverse conditions
11.Acceptance of the local available infrastructure
12. Willingness to work long hours when is required
13.Following instructions given by superior
14.Adherence to Company Regulations and Contractual Terms of services with the company
