Finance Manager-Controlling& Finance Analysis

Job Description:

？ Responsible for Engineering Centre Financial Reporting, Analysis, ensure appropriate project record, and allocations.

？ Lead Engineering Center budget and rolling forecast Process

？ Manage Engineering expense, including the monthly engineering hours’ declaration and settlement in the SAP; monthly engineering expense review, issue Asia fixed cost controlling reports with collection analysis comments from each sites.

？ Keep close contact with global team, Corporate department /functions. Coordinates global engineering controlling function requirement to Asia business, ensure appropriate implementation.

？ Formulate, implement and manage the internal control policy and procedure to enhance the business process and internal control in compliance with to internal and external audit requirements.

？ Other ad hoc job related to controlling function.

Essential Skills required:

？ Self-starter, demonstrate sense of urgency and results-orientation

？ Drive Change and Build Finance Effectiveness. Demonstrate skills including goal setting, performance management, critical feedback and conflict resolution skills in an operation.

？ Possess initiative, business acumen and good presentation skills to effectively operate at mgmt.

？ Proactive, trustworthy& convincing personality as the candidate shall build strong credibility with all functional peers.

Other desired Skills: Ideal candidate profile would be: 7-8 years of commercial/manufacturing experiences. Experience in Big 4 is preferred.
