Accountabilities:
- Ensure proper planning and allocation of assigned warehouse resources and tasks
- Staffing planning based on history productivity and tasks forecast
- Monitor and control warehouse operation and ensure achievement of project KPIs.
- Review KPIs and processes, leading process optimization and continuous improvement
- Execute self-assessment and ensure all warehouse activities in compliance with company policy and relevant regulations
- Support vendors/sub-contractors screening and evaluation, and push for improvement whenever needed
- Maintain a good relationship with customers, leading and solving emerging issues and customer complaints
- Ensure smooth internal & external communication
- Train/coach team members for improvement in accuracy, efficiency and quality

Requirements:
- University graduate with 5+ years Logistics working experience, 3PL experience is preferable
- With Experience on WMS, SCM is preferable
- General Knowledge on logistics & freight forwarding operation
- Good command of both verbal and written English
- Good planning, communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
