Qualification

1). Preferably majored in analytical chemistry, or pharmaceutical sciences;
2). Experience in large volume liquid formulated products and primary package are big plus;
3). Lab experience includes research in GMP/GLP environment;
4). Experience with stability study including API, finished products, packaging system, long term, accelerated and extreme conditions will be a plus.

5) Experience with preparing registration documents.

Working Experience

1) Bachelor's degree in a pharmacy or chemist with at least 4 years of relevant experience, MS with at least 2 years;

2) Experience with liquid formulated products R&D, if with primary packaging R&D is preferable

Other Skills & Others

1) Effectively contribute solid technical knowledge to a variety of projects within the relevant discipline with minimal assistance;

2) Good technical understanding of related disciplines, conduct routine/non-routine research and provide experiments with some support;

3) Provides related summary and estimated results of R&D & stability study results;

4) Experience with analytical instruments, focus on chromatography (HPLC, GC), titration and various spectroscopic methodologies (e.g. IR ), AAS, ICP, etc.,

5) Develop and validate analytical methods, collect all necessary data and write protocol/report for registration; design related comparative test to support marketing developing requirements;

6) Understand and apply interpretation of analytical methods and determination of stability indicating analytical methods, including HPLC, GC,AAS, ICP, subvisble particles, etc.,

7) Understand requirements for primary packaging materials and related components

8) Conduct junior analyzers to fully characterize stability profile of products.

9) Share the responsibilities in the lab to keep it in order and compliance.

10) Good team work and communication skill

11) Good tolerance to hard work.
