Responsibilities/ Authorities:

Reporting to Technical support & training manager. Ensure good result of production outcome.

Responsible for:

1. working out manufacturing concept, creating machine specification
2. supervising installation of machines on site
3. verifying and validating of machines and equipment
4. Trouble shooting on site in production, leading continuous improvement process.

Qualifications:

Education background:

bachelor of science in Chemical Engineering, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering (preferred),

Work experience:

Manufacturing or engineering department, familiar with media supply

Experience to cooperate with local and foreign machine supplier

Competence and skills:

Competence in process engineering and production system

Good at CAD tools

Good skills in PC, MS office

Familiar with cGMP and ISO 13486

Familiar with Lean manufacturing: 5s, six Sigma, CIP, Value Stream Design and others,

Others:

Good English in speaking and writing, German skills required.

Target-oriented working, creative thinking, very communicative
