工作职责权限：
1.负责公司水系统（包括纯水、污水和给排水系统）的正常运行和SOP的正确，并符合GMP的要求。
2.严格按照操作规程（SOP）维护设备；每天检测记录所有水系统的运行记录。
3.判断水处理系统的运行情况，根据实际情况报出维修、清洗计划。
4.负责对终端设备进行定期灭菌。
5.按照SOP规定，提出水处理系统请验要求。
6.每天至少点检废水房和给排水系统一次、保证设备正常并记录。
7.节假日、长休之前做好准备工作、安排好节日间的细菌喂养工作，确保细菌存活。
8.定期巡视循环冷水系统，确保系统防垢缓蚀的投加。
9.解决工作中发生的突发事件。配合其他部门进行管道系统的研究；方案的确定和安装调试。
10.负责相关工艺的技术保密
11.确保相关岗位在岗人数，以符合相关的法规要求。

任职资格：
教育背景：
化学分析和水处理专业文化背景，大学专科以上学历
工作经验
五年以上相关工作经验，具有 机电知识
技能技巧：
有纯水系统运行经验的优先考虑
其它：
具有流利的普通话交流能力，懂英语优先考虑

Responsibilities/authorities:
1.Responsible for normal operation of water system and keep the SOP meet all regulation and GMP, including purified water system, sewage system, and drainage water system.
2.Maintain all water system according to SOP strictly; check and make records of the running of all water system.
3.Estimate the performance of water system and write out the maintenance and cleaning plan based on actual situation.
4.Charge for sterilizing water system regularly.
5.According to SOP, propose requests of examining water processing system.
6.Examine waste water Room and Drainage System at least once a day to ensure equipments normal and make records
7.Make preparations and arrange feeding work to bacteria before Holiday and weekends to ensure bacteria alive.
8.Inspected Circled Cooling Water System regularly to ensure the filling of filthy-proof and erodent-delay reagent to system.
9.Solve all unexpected accidents during working .Cooperate with other related Dept to study the pipe system and confirm the layout of pipe system and installation.
10.Keep confidentiality of all involved processes.
11.Ensure that all position in the plant are sufficiently populated in order to comply with legal and operational requirements

Qualification:
Education background:
Chemical Analysis and Water processing education background. College education or above.
Working experience
At least 5years of relevant working in relevant field, with some mechanical knowledge
Competence and skills
Purified water system operation and design experience preferred.
Others
Fluent communication in mandarin, English communication skills preferred.
