职位描述
Job Title: Financial specialist
Location: Changshu, China
Report to: Mill Controller
Job Purpose:
The purpose of the job of Financial Specialist is to
1. Be member of China Finance team to take care of China country specific finance matters
2. Be backup of key finance resources in both China Finance team and Mill BC team
Key Tasks
1. Manage verification of import and export business and foreign currency issues handling, and involve foreign payment process
2. Involve month end closing and reporting, prepare finance reports for internal usage and statutory reports for authority
3. Deliver cost analysis report for business and functions
4. Development of harmonised systems, processes and ways of working
Job Description
1. Identify the type of incoming payments and Online declaration of export incoming
2. Register the import and export Customs Declaration Form as well as export information to UPM PRAC system
3. Statistic of processing fee handling for PCIM (export business)
4. Handbook of PCIM handling and verification
5. Support foreign payment as well as foreign non-trade payment
6. Prepare month end finance reports (fixed costs, variable costs and etc.) for internal management usage
7. Prepare statutory reports for government usage
8. Chance to involve mill forecast and budget processes
Requirements:
1. University degree in finance knowledge or equivalent background
2. Familiar with Microsoft office tools e.g. Excel, Word and Powerpoint
3. Good language skill in both English and Chinese
4. 3-5 years or above work experience in finance and accounting is required
5. Good knowledge of finance and accounting
6. Good knowledge of ERP system , experience of SAP system is preferred
7. Good analytical skill
