职位要求：

1全日制本科计算机相关专业优先；

2在外资企业，制造类生产类企业从事过生产软件系统技术支持和维护满3年以上；（3-6年之间）

3很强的问题分析能力和解决能力；

4. 有在医药行业电子药品监管理系统 / IT系统现场技术支持和维护经验,PLC电气自动控制现场技术支持经历，或ERP维护优先或Helpdesk 技术支持经验优先;

5英文工作环境，英语读写熟练，英语口语可以进行日常交流；

工作职责

主要给全球知名医药生产商提供现场系统的技术支持。

从事电子药品监管码系统的维护。能及时进行现场问题的分析，并给出解决方案；

职位shift:此职位因与国外Team （美国印度等国家）同步工作，作班情况如下：
2天白班（7：00 am -15：00 pm）
2天中班（15：00pm -11：00 pm）
2天夜班（11：00pm -7:00 am )
上6天班，连续休息2天。

职位英文描述：

Responsibilities include:

· Develop a global, repeatable, and logical process to effectively resolve any issues arising from the installation and subsequent operation of Serialization hardware components in packaging operations. Maintain and update procedures as required.

· Maintain Spare Parts inventory and communicate effectively on time for any new spare parts requirements.

· Own the lifecycle of a break/fix issue (related to hardware) according to established service level agreements, including initial acceptance, diagnosis of the issue, triage to the appropriate sub-teams including OEMs where appropriate, formal deviation investigation where appropriate, communication to impacted stakeholders, resolution/closure of the issue, and updating appropriate knowledge management records.

· Coordinate system downtime with user base and external vendors for hardware maintenance.

• Experience in Manufacturing Execution System domain and hardware troubleshooting.
• Basic Training on the Systech suite of products – Advisor, Sentri and Guardian.
• Experience with Systems Management (disaster recovery, problem management, incident management, etc).
• Good oral and written communication skills in English as well as local language. Demonstrated ability to articulate issues and to provide written materials that may be needed for external training and/or communication of IT plans.
• Strong problem-solving skills are essential. Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution.
• Excellent self-management and organizational skills are essential. Must be able to manage working with a large number of different individuals with varying styles, issues, and complexity and to independently manage workload and adjust priorities as needed.
