Take Full Responsibilities for the Multi-brand Parts Sales within the responsible area
· Develop dealers’ parts business, promote parts sales, and improve parts sales penetration gradually.
· Involve in the parts sales target planning and fulfill the annual sales target together with the dealers.
· Analyze all kinds of parts sales figures monthly, give report to regional GM and HQ parts department.
Visit customers with dealers’ parts sales staff, through offering good business solution to customers to achieve parts sales target, meanwhile crate and maintain good customer relationship
· Get full acknowledge with the trucks and customers’ situation of the responsible area, create and maintain their archives together with the dealers.
·Explore and follow-up the potential customers together with the dealers.
· Visit the customer regularly with the dealers, get known of the customers’ requirement, provide related solution, and create visiting follow-up archives.
· Promote the solution to the customer by showing and emphasizing the advantages of the solution.
· With the right authorization, use the pricing lever to achieve the parts sales
Proficiently use various sales tools and carry out the national & regional parts sales campaign with the dealers
· Good command of the IMPACT system, familiar with the VPS parts ordering process and support the dealer to handle daily issues.
·Skilled using “TOP 10 Customer Follow up” to analyze the sales of the key accounts. According to the analysis result, visit the customers with dealer, promote the parts sales and achieve the sales target.
· Master use of the MC analyzing tools, hold monthly meeting with the dealers’ principals to analyze the parts sales figures and make the action plan in accordance with the result.
· Actively involved in the planning of national parts sales and oil sales campaign, insure the local dealers’ participation, achieve the sales target.
· Actively organize the local parts sales promotion and improve the regional parts sales
· Organize regional PCK training for dealers and key account customers to strengthen the promotion of the genuine parts.
Supporting Work
· Report timely and precisely about the competitor’s marketing activities, pricing information. Support parts pricing by rational constructive suggestions.
· Assist to apply and adjust the dealers’ part credit (temporary and permanent credit) according to the business demand.
· Dealers’ parts credit follow-up and help to collect the overdue.
