Based in Shanghai/Beijing, but to relocate to sites from time to time

Job Purpose
1. Function as the project leaders to provide overall management for the project, interfaces with clients, and project teams for the project scope responsibly.
2. Develop/facilitate Project execution plan/Organizations for the project.
3. Lead project procurement process to work with client, project team and other participants
4. Develop/work with cost control for setting up the project budget.
5. Develop/facilitate Project key milestones/master schedule.
6. Develop basis of designs or a design for interface with including process design, layouts, utilities, logistics, etc.
7. Review and check design requirements including technical scope and requirement for further technical and economical evaluations to be done by technical service contractor. Provide supervision and administration to the project team.
8. Support client for statutory approval for project
9. Establish and maintain a good working relationship with different departments
10. Coordinates and supports Business Development to the proposals.

Requirements:任职要求

1. Strong experience, technical background project management and familiar with utilities and other discipline engineering.
2. Rich experience in project implementation and management including economical evaluations and feasibility studies, multinationals industrial facility project experience is preferred.
3. Familiar with relevant PRC regulations and codes vs. international standards and practices in project implementations.
4. Good responsibility, calmness and quick decision-making ability.
5. Good Team leader.
6. Effective communication skills with fluent spoken and written English.

1. Relevant academic background, bachelor’s degree or above;
　土建或机电相关专业背景，本科以上学历
2. At least 10 years relevant working experience;
　至少10年相关工作经验
3. Candidates with relevant qualifications preferred;
　有相关资质证书者优先
4. Good English ability;
　英语良好
5. Candidates with working experience with foreign companies or overseas preferred;
　有外资企业或海外工作经验者优先考虑
6. Available for visits, postings or transfers nationwide;
　愿意出差或调任至其他城市
7. Consistent high levels of service-orientation, initiative, reliability, flexibility and teamwork spirit
