Job Responsibilities / 职位描述:
- Support Resident Design Lead/CSR for mechanical/facilities design in the project
- Prepare and execute facilities design element associated with field development plan, conceptual design and detailed design phases as applicable with work being executed by a Chinese design institute
- Contribute to delivering of Project Specification and assume the role of package engineer for mechanical related procure items esp. Long Lead Item
- Monitor and track to ensure timely and quality delivery of Company Procured items
- Execute mechanical and facility design for the Jinqiu project, ensuring interfaces with subsurface, drilling and downstream (gas sales agreement) are managed appropriately
- Ensure all mechanical and piping design deliverables meet Company’s requirements in HSE, quality, integrity and are in accordance to the respective codes and standards.
- Contribute to prepare procurement and construction contracting strategy, develop execution contracts scope of work
- Develop operational requirements and deliver plant to operations based on flawless start-up principles
- Ensure the integrity of all Technical Cost, Planning and Management information
- Ensure all budgets, commitments, value-of work done, final forecast costs, and phasing of expenditure are consistent and accurate for the areas under his/her control · Working to reduce costs in Chinese environment by application of Chinese standards with addition of Shell minimum standard requirements, and ensuring these potentially conflicting principles are executable in the Jinqiu project
· Establishing effective communication within the Joint PMT and with the projects contractors.

Job Requirements / 职位要求
- Engineering degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- 8-10 years project and facility design experience with proven hands on experience of Design and Project Engineering and construction.
- First hand experience with facilities construction, commissioning & performance testing.
- Ability to work in a Joint Venture environment where not all, or possibly very little, Shell procedures and ways of working are present
