PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/个人能力描述

1. Bachelors degree in Engineering (mechanical preferred)

2. Minimum 5 years of QA experience in a manufacturing field

3. Good negotiation skills.

4. Working on resolving customer issues preferred.

5. Very familiar with ISO and TS16940 Systems.

6. Proficient in PC Skills.

7. 6 sigma experience preferred.

8. English communication.

9. Experience in fastener industry desirable.

10.Foreign company working experience is preferred.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责

1.Identify, train, and develop a supply base that builds quality into the products manufactured for Acument Fastening Systems (COP) and meets specified delivery and quality requirements.

2.Plays an integral role in the selection & mentoring of suppliers to facilitate the seamless transition of quality products to COP customers in line with Acument’s quality and commercial objectives

3.Designs supplier development using process audits, quality control process sampling systems, procedures, inspection plans and statistical techniques, as needed.

4.Perform audits on factories, manufacturing processes and shipments of current and future suppliers to ensure acceptable quality levels.

5.Drives the implementation of short and long-term action plans in line with Acument Fastening Systems policy for corrective action.

6.Continuously drives, tracks and reviews the supplier’s performance using common measures with the aim to improve quality of parts and products.

7.Coordinates and performs activities in line with Acument’s Supplier Quality Manual and the AIAG 5 manuals, including PPAP. This would include performing supplier capability assessments, supplier APQP, and working with suppliers on continuous improvement.

8.Work with Acument Fastening Systems engineering function to ensure suppliers adhere to engineering specifications and standards for components.

9.Will source and recommend products.

10.Ensures supplier development and quality control systems enhancement through training.

11.Identify items for evaluation, implementation and achievement of programs to ensure seamless changeover from Acument worldwide plants to selected suppliers.

12.To be in compliance with QC080000 and Rohs for related quality control.
