Responsibility
? To ensure the success delivery of the Change Management project for Veeva customers in Pharma industry together with project manager and other consultants
? To work with technical team to gather the needed data from IT system and analysis/positioning the business problem from the data
? To conduct interviews with pharma company employees or co-work with them to find out the business process problems
? Participate into the business problem analysis, provide insights and also prepare the analysis reports for the executive levels
? To make the communication plan, incentive plan inside pharma companies and responsible for the execution of the plan
? To build the methodology and best practice for Change Management project for pharma companies in China together with project manager and other consultants



Requirements
? 3 years working experience
? Experience of enterprise communication campaign is preferred
? Experience of business consulting is preferred
? Graduate from business school is preferred
? Fluent English is preferred
? Proficient in MSOffice such as PowerPoint
