国际最大的奢侈品集团公司诚聘HRM 负责全国零售店铺的人力资源管理工作,带10个HRBP
Report to HRD
Team: 10 HRBP
Role & Responsibilities
Work closely with Retail operation team, lead HRBP to support Area manager and Store manager in all HR related topics.
Recruitment
lead the HRBP team to finish JBA recruitment for new openings within the Area: ads, recruitment event organization, interview
lead the HRBP team to finish JBA replacement: control store HC, help SM to sourcing, join the interview if requested or with new SM
- ASM: sourcing through vendor, Internet and direct recruiting, interview, offer
Employment cycle
- Responsible for store staff on-board process, coordinate with CIIC and HRIS intern
- Responsible for store staff probation, contract extension, exit process, help and remind SM to follow HR procedures
- Ensure store rewarding and warning are in alignment of company policies and procedures
- Ensure stores strictly follow attendance management
People development
- Assist to store quarterly appraisal if requested or with new SM, review quarterly appraisal forms and consolidate Area data
- Follow up closely Talent Pool members within the Area
- Involve in promotion process,train HRBP team to interview potential SBA before promotion to ASM and if necessary, potential BA before promotion to SBA
Employee relationship
- Communicate important company or HR messages: incentive plan, ESS, etc.
- Explain to staff all HR-related issues: benefit, policies, etc. and answer to staff request
HR KPI monitoring
- Closely follow up HR KPIs (turnover, productivity, bonus rate, payroll %, HC, etc.) and propose action plan to monitor
Qualification
- Over 6 years HR working experience in MNCs, retail industry is preferred
- Familiar with major HR functions: recruiting, C&B, staffing, etc.
- Able to work under pressure and into details
