Position Title: Space & Planogram Manager (Senior)

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Development & roll out of Planogram process which must be strictly followed by Category team & result in high sales & profitability per linear meter.
- Management of all planogram for full Sephora merchandise assortment, resulting in optimal customer assortment & choice while also delivering the highest absolute profit per meter
- Based on a clear & comprehensive understanding of Visual Merchandising principles, oversee all Merchandise Store Layouts for new & refitted stores in Sephora China. Creating a proper Space grid based on different store size & criteria.
- Close coordination & alignment with Operations & Category team especially on the POG execution process
- Responsible for Merchandising Space Efficiency & Utilization based on Sales & Profitability parameters
- Creating a system with completely updated records of all planograms & store layouts.
- Working in close conjunction with animation team on the roll out of all New fixtures & installations
- Comprehensive review & formulation of monthly reports analyzing Space efficiency, by region and by category.
- Planning New Store & Refit store– Merchandising.

Key Measuring Parameters: SMART OBJECTIVES
- Space Utilization by Category & Brand as well as achieving Targeted Average Profitability & Sales Per Meter
- Fulfilling an on time completion for Merchandising Layouts for New Stores & Refit stores
- New Store Sales & Profit Performance
- Refit Store Growth % for both Sales & Profitability
- Regional Space Participation & Efficiency within Sephora Business
- Comp & All Store overall Sephora performance (Sales & Profit)

Qualifications:
- Experience should be minimum 8-10 years of Retail space & visual merchandising with a clear understanding of space efficiency, utilization & optimization.
- VERY Strong Experience in Space man or JDA software for POG management
- Very good planning & prioritization skills are critical
- Strong operational experience will also be helpful as smooth execution will be a big part of this job.
- Working with Category, Store Development & Operational Regional teams also.
- Good English/French would be helpful but not mandatory
