Activities / Tasks:

- China Ecommerce Run
? IT operations of the ecommerce platform:
? Manage incidents and service availability:
? Coordinate troubleshooting activities with the web platform hosting provider, the application maintenance & support provider and 3rd parties (payment operator,CDN, etc);
? Communicate to the business users
? Follow-up change requests related to ecommerce production environment
? Monitor the quality of service delivered by the ecommerce platform hosting service provider (performances, service availability, SLAs compliance);
? Performance management: monitor performance metrics and KPIs of the ecommerce production environment
? Capacity planning: manage platform capacity evolution towards business volume forecast
? Security management: coordinate with corporate and hosting service provider

- Assistance to China infrastructure manager to run infrastructure activity, manage hosting vendor.

- Projects:
? Coordinate the implementation of the new ecommerce platform with the hosting service provider (potential middle term intranet project).
? Define readiness criteria and perform technical acceptance (reliability, performance, etc)
? Manage platform evolution with the hosting service provider in line with contractual commitments;
? Prepare release to production of major evolutions or new web site release; ensure readiness of technical prerequisites
? Run systems upgrade projects (Windows 7, DRP...)


Qualifications/Technical skills:
? 4+ years of Ecommerce experience architecture skills, CDN solutions & technology with Retail B2C website experience is a plus)
? Linux OS (Red Hat Entreprise), JBoss, Apache, SQL database (Oracle)
? Windows OS & tools (Windows Server, Active Directory, etc)
? Virtualization (VMWare)
? DNS
? Knowledge of J2EE platform architecture & ecommerce application framework (ATG, etc)
? Vendor management is a plus
? ITIL
? Fluent spoken and written English is a must; ability to work in a multicultural and international environment
? Synthesis capability and communication skills, Good cooperation sprit
