Duties and Responsibilities:

Define eStore product strategy and an optimal business mix
Source for suitable online exclusive brands
Develop extra sales channel like marketplace.
Manage and negotiate offers from Category and brands, make sure all administrative and process works are done until products are ready before web campaign starts;
Ensures effective marketing of brands/products at eStore through web merchandising and recommendation to eStore marketing team
Constantly monitors performance of key product/offer to ensure them drive the business
Constantly monitors key page performance and propose on page optimization projects;
Constantly monitors all eStore product availability and PO status;
Initiate and propose eStore animation plan/brand launch plan and responsible for its implementation;
Contributes to creativity of product marketing, presentation and promotional activities;
Conducts market research to identify customer product preference and identifies the trend

Qualifications:

At least Bachelor degree, MBA and overseas background is preferred
At least above 7 years’ related experience in eCommerce or merchandising field, experiences in cosmetics or FMCG industry is highly recommended;
Excellent negotiation/communication/Organization skill
Good executor but can take the lead
Good team worker
Proficient in PC skills
