For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in BEIJING,we are looking for a Driver Software Engineer软件工程师（驱动）.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Prepare embedded develop Environment for Application develop and board debug.（Such as bootloader, OS, rootFs etc）. Thereby support application development.嵌入式开发环境搭建，为软件开发和板极调试准备环境,（bootloader,操作系统及文件系统等),以支持系统应用开发。

2. According to HW Principle layout graphic, design, develop and debug driver SW module for Control requirement of HW/SW.Driver SW in Module can be loaded/unloaded freely, driver module reused is the goal.根据硬件原理图，设计，实现和测试驱动程序，满足软硬件之间的控制要求。实现驱动程序模块化操作，满足驱动模块的自由加载与卸载，实现模块复用。

3. Design driver test case, debug and resolve the problems in driver module for high reliability.设计驱动的测试用例，调试并解决驱动模块使用中出现的问题，保证软件的可靠性。

4. Maintain Real-time OS platform and provide OS technology support for SW development and integration.维护和管理实时操作系统平台，为软件开发与集成提供平台级支持。

5. Embedded debugging tech reaching, support SW development with deep debug technology for higher efficiency.嵌入式调试方法的研究，提供软件开发中调试的技术支持，提高软件开发效率

6. Execute unified software development process and raise proposals for improvement;执行统一的驱动开发流程，提出改进意见和建议， 保障流程得以贯彻和执行

7. Cooperate with colleagues and create a good working atmosphere together.与其他同事很好地协作和配合，共同创建良好的工作氛围

8. Support other activities in firmware & software dept., thereby the whole dept. can run well.支持软件部门的其它活动，协助软件部门良好运行

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. 3+ years working experience of embedded driver development三年以上嵌入式驱动开发经验

2. 2+ years C++ experience2年以上C++开发经验

3. Work experience in multi-national company跨国企业工作经验
