法国高端化妆品零售公司高薪诚聘资深零售培训经理(National)
Duties and Responsibilities:
To lead retail training team to provide training solutions like products, services, function and people management to support the operations for great performance, people development and Sephora culture imbedding.
Work closely with stakeholders to create training visions for the retail training team based on Sephora China’s business strategy and initiatives.
Lead retail training team to perform effective management of training cycles, i.e., from needs identification, training solutions design and development, implementation to final result evaluation.
Build up effective training curriculum with record keeping as clear learning path for store colleagues, namely, BA, EBA, SBA, ASM and SM.
Work out yearly training plans as proactive integration of Sephora China’s business strategies.
Build up e-learning system and facilities to optimize training management and training efficiency.
Design and implement training policy to ensure smooth operation of overall training system for effective results.
Develop a motivating team in pursuit of continuous improvement of training expertise to provide quality solutions to retail operations.
Plan, maintain and manage training budgets effectively to facilitate training execution.
Engage in effective communication with stakeholders to build up supportive ambience for the retail training team.
Coordinate, supervise and follow brands and event management process to optimize training effects.
Qualification:
- Structured and logic thinking;
- Communicate with others effectively in complex environment
- Quick to learn & willing to share best practice for continuous improvement
- Project management
- strong background on retail and operation experience
- good training delivery and facilitation skill
- Course design and development skills preferable
- University graduate
- At least 5- year professional experience in multinational retail company or similar
- General knowledge in HR practices with focus on function and sales training is preferred
- Good understanding of cosmetic retail business
- English proficiency
