职位描述

Responsibility
A. Suggestion monthly sales target of each counter within area to retail management, monitor and controlling BA cost within budget.
B. Fulfill the sales target confirmed by the company , report on monthly results VS budget
C. Management of supervisors and shop chiefs ,such as maintaining agreed staffing levels, appearance and presentation ,train shop operations
D. Hiring and firing Co-ordinate with HR
E. Stock control , inventory maintenance ,order placement for each stores including selling products and testers. To check and improve stock condition of counter.
F. Maintain and expand VIP card program ,make the CRM improved continuously
G. To motivate and lead sales team in order to contribute best sales result and ensure highest satisfaction of shopping experience provided to customer.
H. To check and improve counter/store display image as well as maintain counter/store in the best condition.
I. Implement monthly marketing action plan based on instructions from marketing dept and keep close communication with marketing through daily operation.
J. Co-ordinate promotional activities associated with new launches, special events etc.
K. Co-ordinate with Train Dept to attend monthly training courses and follow up the training requirements with BAs in each store, to secure the training effect.
L. In charge of commercial negotiation with dept. store, shopping mall to earn the best location, space and commercial term for L'Occitane.
G. Keep close contact with dept. store/shopping mall to identify the best opportunity for promotion and through negotiation to get the max. Support from dept. store and shopping mall to share their resource.
F. Alert about changes of market environment, competition situation and needs of customer, providing constructive opinion to management and encourage implementing good idea.
G. Providing constructive analysis report in a regular base.

Requirement:
Bachelor degree or above
Above five years experience about cosmetic, good sales skill and managing experience.
Team player, good communicator, self motivated and well organized
