职位描述
A. Knowledge management
: Developing training manual where including brand value, product knowledge, sales process, sales skill, customer service and counter image.
: Keeping training manual and material up to date.
: Developing training program for beauty adviser in order to equip sales force with best knowledge, skill and passion to deliver best service to customer.
: Work interdependently with affiliates, regional office, head office in Paris as well as other functional line in local like marketing, retail, finance and PR, to share knowledge in order to maximize productivity.
: Train the trainer to upgrade both knowledge and skill up to date.
B. Design and develop training program
: Detective needs of training and base on need develop training program.
: Design training program according to objectives of business.
: Ensure training program are satisfactory to key stake holders in an organization.
C. Implement training programs
: Monthly, quarterly and yearly training program and action is implemented.
: Makes sure result of training program meet measurable standards (timing, cost, quality, satisfaction level).
D. Identify core competencies of beauty advisors.
: Understand strength/weakness of beauty advisor and provide improvement program.
: Able to mapping core competencies of beauty advisors and developing strategy as well as planning to response it.
: Participate and building professional development for trainer and for beauty advisor.
: Conduct Mystery Shopper Program to detect strength/weakness of training system as well as ability of beauty advisor and to develop strategy and planning with implementation to response it.
: Field visit in a regular base to understand the gap in between training and practice and deliver the improvement.
E. Management functions.
: Take fully responsibility of budget planning, monitor it and execution it.
: Appraisal of training effectiveness through constructive analysis models.
: Coach and keep discipline within training dept.
: Identify and implement knowledge development program for trainer.
Qualification:
: Bachelor degree or above
: Fluent in English, ability to make efficient presentation through oral and documentation.
: Very good in Chinese, strong background of Chinese literature.
: Min. 5 years experience in retail training and at least 2 years experience in managing role with traceable and proven record.
: Strong analytical skill, ability to organize, prioritize and execute multiple projects and still maintaining and delivering high quality of work.
: Familiar with office software.
: Mature in personality.
: Female, age in between 30 45.
