Duties and Responsibilities:


? Analyze the website in terms of traffic, sales, conversion rate, marketing channels, products, navigation, etc. and follow all KPI.
? Be familiar with web analytics tools and tracking codes system
? Set up regular analysis reports to monitor the web performance
? Make sales forecast by channel
? Provide different reports to team members to help them to track their related business results (e-marketing, CRM, category, etc.)
? Propose business optimizations, evolutions, and alerts based on analysis
? Conduct studies and propose solutions to improve conversion rate of the site
? Participate in web evolution projects
? Manager web analytical vendor

Qualifications:
? At least Bachelor degree, overseas background is preferred
? At least above 3 years' related experience in e-Commerce
? Be familiar with web analytics tool
? Autonomous and rigorous
? Good team worker
