DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
-Keep close contact with ABB internal customer to understand and meet specific needs and requirements for purchasing tools projects
-Compile purchasing system related manual and training material
-Provide training to users and JV local administrators
-Provide support to users for inquiries, system technical problems resolve etc.
-Purchasing system technical issues escalation by using Support Issue Tool (SIT)
-Working with global consultant for system enhancement and related testing
-IS application service desk super user to submit Purchasing tool User Access
-Vendor status maintenance
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor degree or above, Computer Administration preferred
-Over 3 years working experience within a large corporation and have a SAP backend background: in a multinational manufacturing company with increasing responsibilities in a multi-site, multi-product environment is required
-SAP knowledge is a plus
-Previous experience leading cross-functional teams.
-Project management experience
