Responsibilities:
?Processes payment requisitions and ensures timely and proper workflow (e.g. authorizations paper-based and electronic via BPM)
?Payment proposal list check and release
?CIT and IG mismatch coordinator
?Operating expense checker
?Provide support and services to the F&C department. Supports the financial controller for translations, transportation, meetings arrangements and other administrative matters
?Prepare AP ageing report.(include bidding deposit and non-employee advance)
?Assist in management report preparation for controller

Requirements:
?University degree in business admin, finance, controlling or accounting
?Experience: 1-2 years experience in controlling, accounting
?Very good knowledge of Excel, Power point,
?Personal qualities: trustful, critical mind, quality-oriented, result-driven and efficient, eager to learn, high flexibility
?Language: very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
