Position:
?Provide cost analysis for PPMV project
?Assists PPMV BUU controller in regards of controlling and reporting activities
?Prepare standard and ad hoc financial reports

Responsibilities:
?Provide accurate and timely financial information related to the BUU.
?Performance analysis, review and proposal for actions to the BUU/PC management team
?Assist BUU management in all financial matters, actively participate to BUU management team meetings
?Cost analysis, drive for continuous cost reductions and improvements in productivity
?Assist profit center manager in capital investment/divestment evaluation
?Review cost centre reports (BUU) before, during and after closing. Initiate reposting of costs if any wrong cost object/element booking noticed
?PPMV cost centre control, after closing review with cost centre responsible to monitor progress against Budget/Forecast
?Review B/S, IS and cash flow statement monthly before early warning, briefly discuss with PPMV BUU controller
?Monthly management reporting (e.g. BU review standard presentation, Key Data, etc.)
?Prepare ad hoc analysis and reports for PPMV BUU controller
?PP routine report (EWR/Unusual item/product line/aging)
?Prepare other standard reports
?PPMV ABACUS reporting input for Budget and Rolling Forecasts
?PPMV budget package preparation
?Provide cost analysis for PPMV project
?Perform post calculations when required by BUU controllers or whenever deviations are observed
?Provide ad hoc costing analysis (e.g. hourly rates, export pre-calculations, ad hoc reduction of specific rates) based on BUU controller or other departments requirements

Requirements:
-university degree (bachelor or master level) in business admin, finance or accounting
-experience: graduate or max 5 years experience in controlling, accounting or audit
-cost background is a plus
-very good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, SAP a plus
-personal qualities: trustful, critical mind, quality-oriented, result-driven and efficient, eager to learn, high flexibility
-language: very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
