Responsibilities:
1.Keep close contact with ABB internal customer to understand and meet specific needs and requirements for Capex & Lab Supply, Marcom, Services, MROs Facility supply, construction etc in regard of demand scheduling, service quality, delivery and sourcing process;
2.Cooperate and coordinate with project team in order to define, agree on and implement adequate sourcing strategy for this sourcing category;
3.Catagory market research & analysis;
4.Lead the whole sourcing process which includes cooperation with customer about to collect demand, consolidate requirement, going for tender, negotiating with suppliers, commercial bid analysis (CBA), setting up frame agreements, maintain pricing input in catalogue for customer order placement;
5.Define concrete sourcing targets (Savings) and work out strategies to reach the targets
Source, evaluate and select local quality suppliers to ensure competitive advantage of ABB operation in China;
6.Regular content management and monitoring of Catalogue items (prices, conditions and suppliers);
7.Work out effective operational purchasing procedure incl. order placement, interfaces to ensure a smooth operational operation;
8.Troubleshooting and claim management with suppliers / internal customers;
9.Controlling, monitoring, report, documentation and communication of sourcing status, process and success;
10.Management, Coaching and Supervision of Purchasing team to ensure efficient operational process;

Requirements:
1.Commercial Bachelor degree or above, Business Administration prefered;
2.Over 5 years working experience in indirect purchasing and/or sourcing in China;
3.2 - 3 years experience in sourcing function in multinational companies;
4.SAP purchasing user knowledge is a plus;
5.Experience in cooperation with Capex & Lab Supply, Marcom, Services, MROs Facility supply, construction etc marketing communication, other services, sourcing experiences in gifts & promotional items preferred;
6.Excellent knowledge of the Chinese supplier market for above preferred;
7.Excellent negotiation skills and command of written and oral English;
8.Good service contract management skill;
9.Experience in Project management preferred;
10.Good knowledge of purchasing process;
