Responsibilities
·Be responsible for the whole production cycle of woven garments including sourcing sampling, production, inspections and final delivery
·Price calculations for new orders and negotiations with garment suppliers.
·Work closely with buyers on the approvals for fabrics, lap dips, accessories and garment samples
·Work closely with garment factories to follow up the production schedule and make sure delivery times are kept and quality standards reached
·Together with QA Department arrange for in-line and final inspections
·Plan for customer visits and accompany customers visiting suppliers and buyers.
·Sourcing and evaluating new suppliers and new fabrics
·Develop, implement and maintain working procedures and filing systems for the team.

Requirements
·University degree (preferably textile specialization)
·Must have at least 5 years of working experiences in apparel orders follow up within foreign trading company or buying office.
·Trading mentality, enough fabric knowledge.
·Open minded, good organizer and communicator, supervisory ability.
·Good knowledge of woven garments and the production process.
·Fluent spoken and written in English.
·Computer knowledge (Windows, MS office, Outlook Express).
