Job Description

· Monitor daily Sea Cargo consolidation operations;

· Coordinate with warehouse, customs broker, trucking company and other vendors;

· Liaise w/ overseas offices/agents for daily operations, sales leads, trade lane development, pricing;

· Build up extensive relationship with carriers and other vendors;

· Participate in joint sales calls and inside sales;

· File auditing and closing;

· Plan and lead training for all team members;

· Other tasks assigned by Branch Manager.

Requirements

? Industry knowledge for handling procedures of sea cargo, if noted by both import and

export which will be preferable.
? Associate degree or above.
? At least 5 years experience in Sea cargo forwarder(foreign freight forwarder experience

preferred).1 Year minimum experience as team leader, supervisor,or manager.

? Good relationshp with some vendors, including carriers, warehouse, brokers, etc.

? Good communication skill with high proficiency in both written and spoken English and

Chinese.CET-4 or above.

? Proficiency in using office software.
? Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality to work independent.

? Ability to motivate a team and a spirit of teamwork.
? Results-orientated and proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
