职位描述

Purpose of the position

· Develop the new IV business in North China and Local territory, focusing on local based Oil & Gas customers

· Establish sales targets and sales plan in accordance with the District/Local management guidance as well as the guidance from Country IV Sales management to meet the sales objectives of growth and profitability

· Conduct sales activities in line with the validated sales plan and SIP.

· Provide relevant and timely market intelligence data (CRM)

· Ensure a constructive collaboration with other departments within Districts as well as BUs within the District.


Key Tasks

·Manage IV new business opportunities within the District/local territory

·Propose a sales plan according to target account list with specific deliverables.

·Execute and control the sales activities in line with the validated sales plan.

Develop business with assigned A/B targets/clients (Sales ownership for 12-month maximum)

Assure successful account integrations to operations, TLD, procurement and pricing management.

·Share information using sales-support tools (CRM).

·Assure compliance with the sales process.

·To take up additional tasks as assigned

All competences to fulfil the tasks above according to the guidelines from and in collaboration with the superior resp. according to the signing power regulations.


Function / Market & Industry Knowledge / Business Acumen / Process working

  • Comprehensive market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers, overall environment) for the focus IV.
  • Functional experience in air / sea / logistics / SCM.
  • Marketing & mainly sales management experience
  • Knowledge of PA core vertical industries
  • Complete understanding of PA (strategy and products)

Skills & Competencies

Management Skills

  • Able to manage cross-functional interfaces (Operations, PAO companies and other ISPs).
  • Organizational skills (prioritize, plan, assign and control)

· Decision-making abilities

  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, listening and presentation) skills required
  • Goal and team driven and a good motivator and facilitator to ensure that set targets are realized
  • Analytical skills (Analyzing referrals / Creative thinking)
  • Strong network & relationship building capabilities
  • Must be able to sell and close a sale by effectively negotiating with decision makers to maintain and expand business opportunities
  • Must be able to read, interpret, and analyze document, contracts and procedures in a timely manner
  • Proactive self-starter, able to work in a matrix structure with the District/Region in support of the Region sales organization (mainly Vertical Industry)
  • International mindset

Educational background / Work experience

  • Higher educational level (business administration)
  • Working experience (minimum 10 years)
  • Marketing and Sales experience (minimum 5 years)
  • Industry experience (minimum 3 years)
  • Management experience (minimum 3 years)
  • Preferably international working experience

Language skills

  • Language skills: Fluent in English and local language.

Computer Literacy

  • IT literacy
