·接待来访人员,收发快递,接听来电等前台工作,以及日常行政工作

Purpose of the position
·To ensure all phone calls and couriers are properly handled and all visitors are welcomed in good manner.
Key Tasks
·Answer/transfer all incoming phone call and take message when persons are not available.
·Receive and record for all incoming/outgoing couriers.
·Welcome visitors.
·Daily support to Admin Responsible to ensure office admin work smoothly.
·Take up any additional tasks to be assigned by the Superior.

·Junior college / similar working experience 6-12 months is preferable.
