Role Summary/Purpose
Reporting to PII Global Sales Leader, you will be responsible for reporting and delivering the full sales operational plan for the PII’s AP region.


Essential Responsibilities
 Deliver on operating plan for orders, revenues and cash.
 Be a visible leader for the AP region, accessible and approachable to the staff as a whole, communicating often to all levels of the business.
 Through the development of a Regional Growth Playbook Strategy, articulate a vision for the AP sales team that resonates in the region
 Lead, manage and coordinate a diverse regional sales team, setting individual goals and objectives, and measuring results.
 Lead the regular review of detailed regional Key Account Strategies that are developed by the sales team and the wider Key Account teams
 Develop a detailed, written, robust Channel Strategy for the region. Identify, develop and manage strong Channel Partners in the region, communicating with them often.
 Foster deep personal relationships with the Regional Management Team, working to reduce bureaucracy and improve teamwork
 Develop senior relationships with Key Account customers. Travel often, meeting regularly to review performance, better understand their business, and learn how to add value
 Proactively seek to identify new markets and customers in the region that align to the Regional Growth Playbook Strategy and also increases orders volume and profitability
• Work with the Sales and Marketing team to prepare market assessments, competitive analysis and sales forecasts
• Make sales presentations to senior level management
• Maintain knowledge of pipeline industry and trends
• Liaise at all levels within GE, Oil&Gas and Customer organisations to leverage the potential from the bigger GE offering
• Co-ordinate regional sales GPG andS2 and Session C/D programs
• Co-ordinate QMI process for the region

Qualifications/Requirements
 Minimum 5+ years’ experience in the Pipeline Inspection Industry.
 Proven ability to foster strong interpersonal relationships internally and with clients built on mutual trust and integrity
 Known for being Inclusive and having excellent listening skills
 Have a high degree of self-motivation and confidence to interact with all staff members in the region
 Relevant sales, marketing, business development, account management experience with a process mindset with respect to sales
 Excellent presentation and communication skills
 Ability to work successfully in a global matrix organisation
 Existing senior-level contacts at one or more Key Accounts
 BS degree in engineering discipline or equivalent technical experience / exposure

Desired Characteristics

 Pipeline integrity knowledge acquired as an Operator, consultant or engineer.
 MBA or advanced degree.
 Six Sigma certification (GE employees only)
 Languages used in the AP region would be advantageous
