Overview of the Digital Account Director Role
Strong digital experience, to work with the Business Director, supporting them on identifying opportunities for digital briefs, and managing an Account Manager and an Account Executive on the delivery of digital campaigns.

To work closely with engagement planner, creative and digital media planner to develop integrated proposals, as well as work with the right team members to show the value of digital activity to clients.

The Digital Account Director should also ideally have some integrated skills - press, outdoor and ideally TV - although this isn't essential and the Digital Account Director should understand how these channels can work with digital to deliver more effective campaign ideas.

Familiar with China's digital environment and be willing to contribute Chinese netizen insight and introduce the latest digital trend and techs to the team.

Experience and personal attributes for the Digital Account Director:
? Strong digital communications experience
? Management of creative development and the implementation of digital advertising campaigns
? Strong client management skills
? Love working in a collaborative environment
? Confident and able to present ideas clearly
? Integrated skills - press, outdoor and TV would be desirable, but not essential
? Good at reading & writing in English and Chinese
