Job Summary & Objectives
? To be responsible for the supervision of shop opening construction and design adapation in accordance with the business development objectives, supervise the execution of VM program, effective control of VM budget
Main Duties
? Oversee the implementation of regional fixturing program and shop opening plans to achieve desirable brand image, maximize retail presence to create strong brand presence for Columbia in China.
? Control regional fixturing and shop opening budget to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency of the shop opening expenses.
? Approve the shop designs in the region and ensure the quality of construction to achieve desirable brand image, effectively utilize the selling space.
? Closely work with HK Brand Manager and provide thorough on-the-job training to regional shop opening team. Build strong team spirit and staff moral to deliver quality performance.
? Regular market visit to individual key cities, 2nd cities and 3rd cities to maintain close working relationship with retailers.
? Work closely with the A&P team to support regional product team for the tradeshow preparation.
? Supervise the team to provide regional shop opening training to retailers on regular basis.
? Work closely with the VM team of other regions to support the smooth launch of the fixturing support and shop opening issues.

Knowledge & skill:
? Shop opening construction, shop design drawing, merchandizing and display knowledge, good presentation and communication skills, supervisory skill, capable of using major software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Education, qualification & special training:
? Tertiary education

Experience:
? Minimum of 5 years solid working experience in shop opening construction and design drawing and at least 2 years at supervisory level. Knowledge in visual merchandizing and display is preferable
Other requirements:
? Proactive, result-orientated, hard working, attention to details, strong sense of responsibility, creative, good interpersonal skill, willing to learn, work under pressure, work independently & sporty.
? Good health condition
? Frequent Travel in China
