Job purpose
To build the brand as a desirable and sustainable sports lifestyle brand in China. To maximize innovative and inspirational brand exposure.
Core responsibilities
? Utilize PR as a strategic communication tools in marketing / communications mix;
? Plan, develop and implement cost effective PR activities / campaigns / events;
? Maximize brand and product exposure and opportunities for positive free publicity, and via key influencers, opinion leaders and celebrities;
? Manage and monitor deliverables of PR agencies;
? Plan and implement PR calendar base on business strategies and plans through an integrated calendar for Brand / Products and Retail;
? Execute PR plans across different media channels including digital PR;
? Manage allocated budget according to marketing plans;
? Write up and distribute press releases, features and related materials to media;
? Prepare management reports on PR activities and financial documentations as set by Finance Dept.
Requirements
? At least 6 years of experience in PR department of a multi-national corporation, or a 4A's PR agency that has a strong presence in China, with at least 3 years at supervisory level;
? Strong media network & relationships;
? Good understanding in lifestyle, fashion and sports sectors;
? Experience with lifestyle / sports inspired media in China is strongly preferred;
? University degree in communications / Journalism or related discipline;
? Excellent communication skills in oral and written Chinese and English

We would also consider to offer the job as Assistant Manager, subject to experience of the candidate.
