Responsibility:
1. Work closely with Chief Designer to develop collections based on key fashion trends, fabrics, colors and silhouettes.
2. Bring fresh ideas into our design department.
3. Work closely with our pattern makers and technicians and explain the designing details to them.
4. Trend research – Fairs, Internet, magazines etc.

Qualification：
1. Can communicate with foreign designer in English directly. Bachelor degree or above with major in Fashion or Art Design.Good personality.
2. Having experience in evening dress design is a plus.
3. Well knowing about fabrics, colorways and techniques.
4. Have passion in design and confident of own designing talent.
