职位概述
UFH Call Center technique relative management duties.
岗位职责
1. Be in charge of UFH Group Call Center system in all the processes of project planning, controls the project progress together with the vendors and also with the brother departments
2. Fulfill UFH Call Center technique requirements according to call center operation needs
3. Communicate very well with related people to make call center technique program smoothly
4. To build a strong call center technique team to maintain call center daily operation
5. Keep very good technique sense and make operation motivated
6. Able to accomplish the assigned work independently
7. Has positive good working attitude and be willing to take challenged work
8. Perform any other duties as assigned.
任职条件
1. Ability to handle multiple tasks and able to work under pressure and in a fast pace working environment.
2. Good computer and communication technology skill.
3. Professional callcenter technique visionary and maintenance skills.
4. Project management skill and vendors communication skill
5. Team management skill and callcenter operation oriented.
6. Be a team worker and can cooperate with others very well
7. Excellent oral and written English and Chinese preferred.
8. Good command of Chinese, English skill is preferred.
9. Familiar with popular call center technology construction, perfect in PBX, ACD, CTI, IVR, recording technology and equipment.
10. Familiar with computer network composition and configuration.
11. CRM or HIS relative knowledge is preferred.
12. Software relative certification is preferred, COPC, PMP certification is a plus.
