Responsibility:
1. Responsible for sales & marketing in Beijing and the store operation.
2. Manage and implement the inshop marketing promotions to increase brand awareness.
3. Develop clients and keep good relationship with our clients and potential clients.
4. Recruit and train the new staff team for the sales in Beijing.
5. Know customers' needs well and provide the professional suggestions.
6. Obtain marketing information in luxury sector and communicate the trends with our marketing dept to decide the next promotion.

Qualification:
1. 3-5 years relevant commercial and supervisory management experience in luxury retailing
2. Abundant clients resources and clients development ability are required.
3. Strong organizational skills and leadership ability, and good at maintaining clients' relationship at senior level.
4. Good understanding of customers' needs in China & the luxury trends.
5. Effective communicator in both English and Mandarin.
6. Abundant negotiation and staff management skills.
7. Sense of responsibility and customer oriented are essential.
