Primary purpose of the role
(What is the value added by this role, the overall aim, the reason that this role is required)
Producing weekly, monthly inventory, labour recovery reporting globally for reman centres, vacuum service centres and field service engineers
Weekly labour report, variances report
Monthly end close including settlement of service orders, on-site contract review, variances and overhead cost review
Work with service finance managers and unit finance managers to deliver robust reporting, work with key service business managers providing performance visibility and drive for improvement actions
Key Accountabilities
(What are the main responsibilities of the role, against which performance is measured)
Quality and timeliness of operations reporting
Value added analysis and pro-active resolution of issues
Process improvement and pro-active satisfaction of customer needs
Resources
(What resources will role holder have at their disposal, e.g. size of budget, number of staff reporting, include the geographical spread of these resources)
This role has no direct reports but will have a support network to draw on from round the business and a number of established systems such as:
SAP, BW, Essbase, Access Database skills

· Other members of the analysts team in Edwards
· Head of operations and service finance
· Unit Finance Managers
· Service managers and their reports
