Program Description: The Center for Primary Care Practice and Education (CPCPE) was founded by United Family Healthcare (UFH) in June 2012 to enhance the primary care expertise in the UFH health system and China. Our vision is for UFH to become an internationally recognized model of excellence for integrated, effective, safe and accessible health care. To achieve this vision, the CPCPE develops, disseminates and implements standards for the ongoing practice, education and training of healthcare personnel engaged in an integrated delivery of all aspect of care within the United Family Healthcare system. It is our hope that the Center’s success will benefit United Family Healthcare, its affiliated facilities and China’s primary care community. 岗位职责

1. Physicians in fellowship will see a wide array of patients while supervised by experienced family medicine faculty. The degree of supervision will depend on the tier.

2. 全科医生培训生会根据个人的教育和资历分成三个等级；

3. Participate in the three tier evaluation process. Each tier includes clinical rotations and evaluations such as verbal or written testing.

4. 全科医生培训生会在资深全科医生的指导下接触许多常见疾病的病患；每个等级都会参与临床轮转及评估，包括口试和笔试。

5. Salary will progress with passing of each tier. An estimated time is one year for each tier but exact timing will depend on the previous experience level and progress of individual physicians

6. 全科医生培训生的薪水会逐级递增，每一级的培训时间会因医生个体的经验及表现不等，大致需要一年的时间。

7. Advanced tier physicians will be expected to assist with less experienced junior physicians and interns.

8. Additional job functions: Quality improvement, marketing projects as required of other UFH physicians as well as additional. Physicians will be expected to be ambassadors for United Family Medicine Fellowship and good primary care practice.

9. 其他职责：全科医生培训生还需要参与临床质量改进，市场推广等工作，并担当和睦家医疗全科医生培训生项目的代言人。

任职条件

1. Chinese national ？中国国籍

2. Education and Training：Master level or above with at least 2 years of direct patient care experience. Has had direct patient care experience in at least one of the following specialties: General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology.？Must have completed 3 year residency program in a Chinese government approved program？完成硕士或以上医学教育，并有至少在普外，内科，儿科或妇产科两年的临床工作经验，必须已经在指定的医疗机构完成住院医师规范化培训；

3. Physical requirements: Able to see, hear, write, type, and walk and to meet the usual demands of being a physician without additional assistance. This may include working up to 13hours a day for several days in a row.？身体健康，能够承受临床医生的工作强度

4. Language abilities: Should have good mandarin Chinese and English skills。？良好的中，英文听说读写能力

5. Licensing: Candidates must have valid Chinese physician license in the Chinese health system at the time of hiring。 必须具备有效的中国医师资格及执业证书。
