The position performs duties in relation to the recruitment and selection process. This position delivers high quality professional and executive-level candidates and advances the company’s brand across numerous markets, and professional communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process. This individual will perform full lifecyle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community. A wide degree of creativity, business understanding, and personal organization is required. The position may be required by other HR function back if necessary.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to below职责
· Participate in a variety of recruitment activities so that the organization’s recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable.
· Execute recruitment plan by aggressively recruiting for well-qualified candidates for a variety of sources to develop a qualified pool of candidates for all positions and ensure local compliance. Sources to include, employee referral program, internal postings, internet posting, direct sourcing/cold calling, recruitment agencies, job fair planning and attendance, internship program development and administration, and more.
· Confer with management to identify personnel needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments, ensuring an understanding of job duties, responsibilities, and business requirements.
· Provide a high level of customer service in consulting with and guiding hiring managers in comprehensive recruitment and staffing issues, policies and processes.
· Interview, test, rank, check references, select candidates and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the job's pre-established selection criteria and the organization’s recruitment policies.
· Develop, cultivate, and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source the best qualified talent
· Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements, and prescreens candidates
· Prepare job offer materials in accordance with the agreed job specifications so that successful candidates have all the information they need to decide whether to accept the position
· Manages and coordinates all communication with candidates, including the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
· Develops an interview strategy with the hiring manager to include interview questions, selection of interviewers, additional testing or skills assessment etc.
· Maintain and update candidates data in current established way, and possible system in the future
· Develop and analyze recruitment channel, including network, job fair, and campus recruitment, etc.
· Organizes, leads, and documents the post-interview feedback/debrief and post-mortems with interview teams and candidates. Reviews the results with the hiring manager.
· Performs detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and reviews results with hiring managers.
· Participates in the development and implementation of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
· Be involved in the Headcount Report and recruiting budgets.
· Other relevant work required. Other HR function backup may be required.
Relevant Knowledge, skills and competEncies相关知识技能
· 1 year experience required in full life cycle recruiting working closely with hiring managers on recruitment in a dynamic and diverse environment with a focus on exempt level positions. Experience in the technology/software industry required; health care capital equipment preferred. At least 2 years working in a similar R & D environment.
· in house experience is prefered.
· Interpersonal & Communication Skills: ability to relate well to people and work in cooperation with others to effectively coordinate activities in order to accomplish tasks. The candidate must also be able to communicate effectively through oral presentations speaking clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; and through writing by editing work for spelling and grammar, presents numerical data effectively and able to read and interpret written information.
· Must be able to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely flexible and adaptable.
· Computer/Technology skills: intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically word processing, letter generation, spreadsheets, mail merges, and presentation software. Must be Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases
· Demonstrated significant human resources management or recruitment experience in handling challenging human resource/recruitment issues in a diversity and dynamic environment.
· Capable of effective planning and priority setting. Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
· Ability to represent organization in a positive and professional manner.
Good English command in reading, writing, listening and speaking
