The Product Marketing Specialist (PMS) provides input and assists the Product Marketing Manager (PMM) : SPS and CPS product manager, Service Program Manager and Supplies Product Manager in meeting specific GTM goals and objectives related to a family of products, with the following responsibilities:

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1.Monitors product marketing campaigns, provides analysis on effectiveness of reaching the targeted audience

2.Supports the implementation of new product launches, including activities such as product collateral, sales support tools, competitive assessments, advertising, sales training, and in-house support structure

3.Participate in trade shows, reseller and end user presentations, and other events as needed to support assigned product lines

4.Team work with PMM / SE team to Develop presentation scripts and training materials and coordinate additional personnel in the presentation, demonstration, or training

5.Monitor the performance and completion of project tasks from a time and cost perspective even with high frequency travel

6.Participate in, and support ongoing market research, including monitoring and analyzing end user, channel, competitive, industry, economic, and other environmental changes which affect the assigned product group’s long-range future

7.Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

1.BA/BS degree required

2.At least 3-5 years required in a marketing, , sales, or other capacity where direct involvement with products and customers was evident

3.Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication (written and oral) skills

4.Ability to create and implement product marketing plans, and coordinate efforts within marketing and cross-functional departments to achieve positive results

5.Demonstrated high degree of initiative

6.Proficiency in word-processing and spreadsheet PC applications
