Job Summary:
The position will be responsible for Staff expense reimbursement and process bank payments
Key Responsibilities:
Verify the staff expense reports
Schedule and process payments via E-banking on time
Prepare bank reconciliation
Issue VAT and normal invoices
Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned
Competences:
Pro-active working attitude and be able to work independently
At least 2 years working Experience in multinational company
University degree, majoring in accounting or related area
Good written and oral English communication skills, CET 4 is a must
Accountable,honest and proactive
Valid Accounting Centerficate holder (会计上岗证）
