职位描述
Strategic Account Manager
Location: Shanghai
Report to: National High Touch Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
· Achieve revenue quota through management and selling with a set of assigned key accounts.
· Build up a strong relationship with channel partners and major accounts.
· Identifies end-user sales opportunities and supports reseller efforts to close business.
· Coordinates strategic and tactical selling efforts on Major and Target account.
· Understands Zebra's corporate views and will support and defend them.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· In-depth experience in the IT industry of at least six years, Auto ID background is preferable;
· Major account sales experience. Strong high touch experience is essential.
· Solution selling capability.
· Proven ability to manage and close complex deals.
· Excellent understanding of growing and sustaining businesses in a highly competitive and changing marketplace.
· Proven ability to sell across all levels within customer organization.
· Ability to cross sell and upsell within the set of named accounts.
· Good understanding of business, and able to take the ownership.
· Excellent written, verbal and communication skills.
· Ability to liaise with and motivate individuals at all levels of the channel partner relationship.
· Excellent planning and time management skills.
· Good attention to detail, number conscious.
