Job Description

· Directly responsible for plant accounting, reporting, and analysis, including cost accounting, annual budgets, monthly and quarterly estimates, weekly updates, month end reporting, ad-hoc reporting and SOX compliance for the plant

· Liaise with local Tax Bureau for tax returns and non-trading foreign currency payment

· Liaise with local SAFE and bank to process all foreign currency payments and loan application

· Physical management of fixed assets making sure fixed assets are properly tagged

· Prepares ad hoc reporting and analysis to support the Sales & Operation Management in the various issues associated with their respective responsibilities

· Responsible for balance sheet account review and reconciliation

· Responsible for the month end closing process including journal entries, variance analysis, deviations analysis and explanations

· Determines proper handling of financial transactions and approves transactions within designated limits

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance

· 2-5 years related working experience with a MNC

· At least one year experience with SAP

· Good English both in writing and oral communication

· Professional and able to work under pressure

· Willing to learn
