? Provide professional technical consultation to customers in particular to advise on the best technical solutions and to ensure that customers understand the Product Roadmaps
? Manage the whole product lifecycle and ensure that solutions fully compliant to customer specification are implemented into production without ambiguity



Main Responsibilities

? Develop and Maintain the Technical Relationship with key personnel within customers, and potential targets.

? Implementation and Integration of Customer Products.

? Match the customer's requirements with company's Products and Solutions

? Field Marketing, feeding relevant market information back into the business unit for effective product management.

? Testing and Approval of Customer Products

? Technical Project Management

? Provide Product and Technology Training both internally and to Customers.

? Devise and present demonstrations for future and emerging technologies.

Experience Required
? Minimum of 5 years in a related business sector
? Or 3+ years specifically in SmartCards
? Proven experience in the role of primary technical interface to Customers.
? Knowledge of the card industry


Education / professional qualifications required
? Graduate calibre (Computer Science / Software Engineering or similar technical discipline)
? This can be waived if previous experience in similar role is deemed to be sufficient
