· Scope of work:

1. Ensure 100% compliance with EHS laws and regulations
2. Ensure 100% compliance with regulatory and GE environmental, health and safety (EHS) requirements on chemical and IH management
3. Ensure HS E-15 & E-16 to meet with scorecard requirements
4. Ensure HA to meet with scorecard requirements

· Detail tasks:

1. Search new and updated EHS laws and regulations, conduct compliance and risk assessment, and take actions to ensure compliance and minimize IH & Chemical risk
2. Lead the site to complete IH regulation requirements, as well as regular IH monitor
3. Lead the site to comply with chemical management laws and regulations and GE requirements, especially chemical purchase approval and pollution prevention
4. Support EHS manager to organize EHS activities, and track EHS findings closure on time
5. Organize IH and chemical training as regulatory and GE requirements
6. Ensure new projects, new process, new materials are compliance with requirements of GE management of change expectations
7. Work as liaison with IH agencies and interested IH parties
8. Identity IH and chemical risks, prioritize risks and develop action plans to ensure risks are eliminated, reduced or controlled properly
9. As HS15&16 element owner, organize all related processes/activities training and SOPs update, including daily inspection
