Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities
o Lead China customs integration team to drive and implement centralization of Customs and trade compliance responsibility according to GE Enterprise Standard o Manage integration Tollgates and Deliverables and facilitating all integration related communication and reporting o Partner with leadership to develop strategy and execute GE growth strategy in international trade &customs compliance o Develop & Lead the organization to achieve the tactical and strategic goals and objectives of the organization. o Take other projects assigned by line manager.

Qualifications/Requirements
o Experience in handling multiple, often complex projects simultaneouslyo Excellent interpersonal as delegated role will be interacting with internal business partners including plant leaders, import and export operational functions, etc.o Aptitude to deal positively when working under pressureo Minimum 8 years Customs, and/or international trade business experience

Desired Characteristics
o Bachelor degree or equivalent experienceo Good communication skill, quick learning.o Excellent written and verbal command in English.
